DBS Group combines structured India-based direct sourcing, client-driven testing, examination and selection of workers, and pre-dispatch language and cultural preparation with client servicing and workforce management support delivered from inside Russia. We believe in full transparency in worker selection and actively encourage clients to participate face-to-face in testing, examinations, and interviews in India, selecting only those workers who meet their exact operational and quality requirements.
